Welcome to the Public Committee Meetings user guide. This page explains the features available to you based on your access level.

Overview

The Public Committee Meetings application allows Seminole County Public Schools to publish and manage public meeting notices and committee information. Members of the public can browse upcoming events and committee rosters without logging in.


Current Events

The Current Events page shows all upcoming public meetings. Events are displayed in a searchable, sortable table.

Search

Use the search box to filter events by title, location, or description.

Sort

Click any column header to sort events by that field.

Expand Row

Click the chevron on any row to see full event details including attachments.

Committees

The Committees page lists all active public committees. Expand any committee row to view its members and contact information.

Archive

The Archive page displays past events that have already occurred. Use it to look up meeting records and previously posted attachments.

Event Details

Each event has a detail page showing the full description, date/time, location, ADA contact information, and any attached documents available for download.


Frequently Asked Questions

Visit the Current Events page. All upcoming public meetings are listed there and can be searched and sorted.

Go to the Archive page to browse events that have already taken place.

Expand any event row by clicking the chevron icon, then click on the attachment links to download the documents.

Each event listing includes ADA contact information. Expand the event details to find the disability information coordinator's name, phone number, and email.
